Qualification Requirements

Free spay/neuter for pet dogs and cats (up to 6 per household, per month). Qualify by meeting low-income guidelines or being enrolled in programs like SNAP, Medicaid, Healthy Kids, Section 8/Public Housing, and more. An appointment is required!
To qualify, you must fall under one of the following categories:

Instructions:
1. Call EveryPet at 904-425-0005 to schedule your pet’s surgery appointment.
2. Request a SpayJax appointment for surgery for your pet.
3. Take your pet’s city license tag to the appointment. If your pet does not have a current city license tag, you must purchase one at a cost of $22 for each pet.
4. You must bring picture ID, proof of residence in Duval County, and proof of your participation in one of the above programs or proof of income (ex. front page of tax return, W-2, pay stubs for one month) to surgery appointment.
