Transfer on Death Bank or Brokerage Account
An easy way to make a gift to EveryPet is to name us as the beneficiary of your bank or brokerage account. You retain full control of the account during your lifetime, and on your death, any assets remaining would be transferred to EveryPet.
Get Started: All you need to do is to obtain a beneficiary designation form from your banker or broker and fill it out with the name, address and taxpayer ID number shown below:
