🎉 Happy New Year, EveryPet community! 🎉
As we step into 2026, we’re filled with gratitude for your continued support and belief in our mission to keep pets healthy, happy, and in loving homes. Thanks to YOUR generosity, EveryPet has made veterinary care affordable and accessible, provided free and low-cost spay/neuter services, and offered vital programs like our Angel Fund and pet food bank to families throughout Northeast Florida. 💙
Together, we’ve helped countless dogs and cats stay where they belong — with the people who love them most — and we’re excited about what’s ahead as we build an even stronger, more compassionate community for pets and their people. 😊
A note from our CEO, Jennifer Barker: “As we begin this new year, let’s celebrate the lives we’ve touched and recommit to the work that lies ahead. Your support changes outcomes for pets and the families who love them — and with you by our side, 2026 will be a year of even greater impact and brighter futures. Thank you for believing in EveryPet and in a world where every pet has the care they deserve.” |

🐾 Operation Big Fix Launch 🐾
EveryPet is proud to announce the launch of Operation Big Fix, a new grant-supported program made possible by the generosity of Dogs Trust that expands access to free spay and neuter services for dog owners in Duval County.
Beginning January 1, 2026, qualifying residents can receive free dog spay/neuter surgeries at EveryPet’s Norwood Spay/Neuter Center & Community Clinic, including a pre-surgical exam and comprehensive perioperative care focused on safety and comfort.
By serving eligible dogs in select ZIP codes, Operation Big Fix helps reduce financial barriers to veterinary care while easing demand on SpayJax and other community resources. This initiative plays a critical role in reducing unplanned litters, improving rabies vaccination coverage, and supporting responsible pet ownership — all while keeping more pets healthy and in loving homes. |

🎊 End of Year Matching Campaign Recap 🎊
Our End of Year Matching Campaign was an impactful initiative, raising a total of $123,271, and it's all because of our generous donors! 🤯 Thanks to the matching donors, every contribution was matched up to $50,000, effectively doubling the impact and helping EveryPet provide lifesaving care and support for pets in need. ❤️
The campaign not only exceeded expectations, but also demonstrated the incredible support of our donors and the difference we can make together for pets in need. We would like to wholeheartedly extend a BIG thank you to everyone that contributed! 🙏 |

On Thursday, January 8th, we were thrilled to welcome visitors from Fleet Landing, a well-inspired senior living community, to tour our facilities. 😊
During their visit, they had the opportunity to tour our Norwood Spay/Neuter Center & Community Clinic, giving us a chance to showcase how EveryPet is committed to connecting with seniors in Jacksonville. 💙 One Fleet Landing resident, Isobel, remarked, "Having seen the Cassat Ave. location last year, I was blown away with the recently renovated Norwood Avenue facility, which is now 12,000 square feet!" Another visitor, Alison, graciously sent us a handwritten letter, writing "Thank you for the insightful tour given to our Fleet Landing group last week. This is a miraculous organization!" We are grateful for their time and interest, and we thank all participating members of Fleet Landing for joining us.
Together, we continue to strengthen relationships and bring joy to seniors and pets alike! ✨ |

💙 Smokey’s Angel Fund Story 💙
When Ricky rushed his cat, Smokey, to our clinic, time was critical. Smokey had developed his second urinary blockage in less than 24 hours—a life-threatening emergency that can become fatal quickly if not treated immediately. 🚑 For Ricky, this was more than a medical crisis. Smokey sleeps with him every night and has seamlessly joined the family—even bonding with Ricky’s 12-year-old golden retriever.
What started as companionship turned into something deeper. Smokey didn’t just steal Ricky’s heart… he made him a "cat person".
💬 “Smokey and my family have truly bonded. He is a key member, friend, and pet.” — Ricky
Thanks to the Angel Fund, Smokey received the urgent care he needed during a frightening, fast-moving emergency.
The Angel Fund is here for moments like this—when minutes matter, love runs deep, and families need help saving the pets who mean everything to them. 🐾 |

These members demonstrate a true passion for making a difference in the lives of animals while celebrating the special bond pets share with their humans. Today, we want to extend a special thanks to our Leader of the Pack members. Please join us in celebrating and thanking them! 👏👏👏 |
