No, our veterinary service prices are already low cost. However, being on public assistance or having low income affects spay/neuter surgery pricing, and you may qualify for our Jacksonville Pet Food Bank. Please see our Veterinary Services page for veterinary services details.

The city of Jacksonville requires all pets to be licensed when they receive a rabies vaccine. We are also required to report to the city if you do not purchase a city license. The city could contact you and may fine you up to $250.

Drop off for your pet’s appointment for Norwood’s Spay/Neuter & Community Clinic are (Dogs) 7:00 am-8:00 am, (Cats) 8:00 am-9:00 am. You may pick up your pet between 3:30 p.m. and 5 p.m., but we are open until 6:00 p.m., so you can pick up later if needed.

Please remember NO FOOD/WATER after midnight
